Micro-switch is a kind of fast switch actuated by pressure, also called sensitive switch. A kind of main electric appliance with short stroke and instantaneous action. Micro-switch is a small contact switch, which can be turned on with a light touch of the hand. It is often used in factories to protect the short circuit and overcurrent inside the big switch. When the external mechanical force acts on the operating button, the operating button moves downward and the spring is stretched through the retractor. When the spring is pulled to a certain length, the movable reed moves down quickly, and the contact at the right end of the movable reed turns to contact with the normally open contact below, thus realizing the circuit conversion. If the external force is removed, the contact will switch instantaneously under the action of the restoring force of the spring. Adding some rollers or pressing blocks, other structural types of microswitches can be derived, which can adapt to different purposes. Widely used in mice, household appliances, industrial machinery, motorcycles and other places, the switch is small, but it plays an irreplaceable role.
The working principle of the microswitch is that the external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission elements (pins, buttons, levers, rollers, etc.), and after the energy is accumulated to the critical point, it produces instantaneous action, so that the moving contact and the fixed contact at the end of the action reed can be quickly connected or disconnected. When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed generates a reverse action force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the critical point of the action of the reed, the reverse action is instantly completed. The microswitch has the advantages of small contact spacing, short action stroke, small pressing force and rapid on-off The moving speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the moving speed of the transmission element. The basic type of microswitch is the push-button type, which can be derived from short-stroke button type, large-stroke button type, extra-long-stroke button type, roller button type, reed roller type, lever roller type, short-arm type, long-arm type and so on. Micro-switches are used in electronic equipment and other equipment for automatic control and safety protection of circuits that need frequent switching. Micro-switches are divided into large, medium and small types, which can be waterproof (used in liquid environment) and ordinary according to different needs. The switch connects two lines to provide on-off control for electrical appliances and machines.
The control of the microswitch is realized by using the throttle cable cam to control the throttle opening. The microswitch is installed at the proper position of the cable cam. When the accelerator cable cam returns, it will press against the microswitch arm to disconnect the power supply of the relay electromagnetic coil, and the relay will be disconnected to stop supplying power to the electric turbine, so that the product will stop working. Similarly, when the throttle valve is opened, the throttle cable cam releases the microswitch arm, the microswitch is closed, the relay electromagnetic coil power supply is connected, and the relay is closed to supply power to the electric turbine, and the product works. The manual control of the switching time of the electric turbocharger can be realized by using the position of the cable cam at different engine speeds to trigger the microswitch to open or close.
